Naturals Inc. is committed to protecting your privacy and uses cautionary measures to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of data used by our system. All information given to us is kept private and confidential and we never sell or share our customer information with any other company. No personal information is required when browsing our site. Once you place an order, Visa, MasterCard and American Express require that we confirm your shipping and billing address and phone number to authenticate your credit card transaction. Your email address is needed so we may confirm and update you regarding your order. This information is stored in a secure database, only accessible to employees with access to this information. All personal information is kept strictly confidential.
No area of our site is directed at children under thirteen years of age.
Security
We have taken every measure to ensure that online shopping is as secure as ordering from a catalog or buying from a store. We secure your private information using the trusted GeoTrust SSL Certificate. Secure Socket Layering (SSL) is the industry standard encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. The secure mode begins when you initiate an order. You will know you are in secure mode when the tiny padlock icon, located at the bottom of your browser, appears as "locked." You can also verify you are in secure mode by looking at the URL line of your browser. When the letters "http" change to "https," the "s" indicates you are in a secure area employing SSL; also, your browser may give you a pop-up message that you're about to enter a secure area. When you enter your personal information into the order form, it is scrambled, transmitted across the Internet, then decoded when it gets to us. All information is stored in a secure server and can only be accessed by employees authorized to process your orders.
Naturals guarantees that every online transaction is 100% safe. If unauthorized charges appear on your credit card as a result of shopping with us while using our secure server, we will reimburse you up to the maximum $50 legal liability. We only require that you follow the reporting steps required by the issuer of your card (under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges).
Making a credit card purchase is just as safe on our Web site as it is by telephone, but if you prefer the latter, you may purchase online merchandise by calling toll-free 1·866·482·1119. Online Account Registration
To make online shopping faster and easier, you may register with naturals-inc.com. As a registered customer, you only have to enter your shipping addresses and billing information once; they will be securely stored with us for your future use. Using your email address and a password of your choice, you may access your account online at any time to add, delete, or change information.
Mailing Lists
You will receive newsletters or promotional notices via email from us only if you have asked to be on our mailing list. Each time you receive an email from Naturals, you will be given the opportunity to "opt-out" or stop receiving them. Simply follow the instructions at the end of each email message to be removed from our mailing list.
If you wish to update, revise or delete any of the contact information we have collected, you may do so in one of two ways. You may log on under "My Account" and change the information yourself, or contact us at: info@naturals-inc.com, explaining your request.
Cookies and How We Use Them
"Cookies" are pieces of data your browser stores on your computer's hard drive. They enable us to determine when you or someone using the same browser you previously used revisits naturals-inc.com.
