Naturals accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards as well as PayPal and Amazon Payments. We do not accept checks at this time. If the amount you are attempting to charge exceeds your credit limit, your credit card will be declined and your order will not be completed until a valid form of payment is accepted. For all payment types, the total dollar amount is deducted from your account at the time your order is approved during checkout. You will receive an email confirmation with an order number after payment has been accepted and checkout has been completed. In the event that an item is on backorder, we will contact you via email with details on the arrival of the backordered item and you will then have the choice to wait for the item to arrive or cancel your backorder and receive a full refund for the cancelled item(s). A receipt is included with each order upon shipment.

All orders over $200 shipping within the United States qualify for Free Flat Rate Shipping.
We ship all in stock items within 1-2 business days. In the event that your order includes an item that is on backorder, we will contact you via email with the expected arrival date. All merchandise shipped within the 48 contiguous states will be shipped via Flat Rate Shipping (average arrival time is 3-5 business days). Overnight and 2day Air via UPS available at additional cost. Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (sorry, at this time there is no overnight delivery available to Alaska or Hawaii). International and Canadian deliveries are available and ship via USPS Global Priority International Mail. We ship USPS Priority Mail to Puerto Rico and other US territories.

- All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. Customs duties and taxes, if imposed on your order, are assessed in the destination country (these charges are not calculated during checkout and are not collected by Naturals). Duties and taxes for item(s) are collected from the order recipient. In addition, for most countries, there is an administrative fee that is collected from the order recipient to cover the costs of clearing the item through customs and collecting duties and taxes. In order to be reimbursed for returned merchandise, the item(s) must be sent back to Naturals no more than 30 days after the date of the original purchase. We do not refund original shipping charges. Please enclose your original packaging slip and let us know the reason for the return. Naturals is not responsible for item(s) lost, stolen or damaged in transit to our fulfillment center.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. After your return package is received and processed, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment for the amount of the merchandise.
You will receive an email confirming your refund has been processed. The length of time to receive an email notification of your refund depends on the duration of the delivery for the shipping method used to return your item(s) and processing time at our fulfillment center. Refunds may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.
International Returns: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns.
Returned merchandise MUST be in its original condition with tags attached. Returned merchandise that has been worn, washed, or altered will NOT be eligible for a refund.

Naturals gift certificates are available for purchase and redemption online only. Gift certificates will be sent via email, free of charge, to the recipient's email address. You may choose to include a custom message which will be displayed on the gift certificate.
When using a gift certificate as payment, the certificate amount will apply to the full value of your order including any shipping charges. Any remaining balance will be carried over for use toward a future purchase. Gift certificates do not expire. Gift Certificates cannot be resold, transferred for store credit or redeemed for cash, and cannot be used to purchase other Gift Certificates. Naturals may provide gift certificate purchasers with information about the redemption status of certificates. The risk of loss and title for gift certificates passes to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Naturals will have the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift certificate is redeemed through our web site.
We offer complimentary gift wrap for any item purchased from Naturals. Naturals Inc. staff will carefully pack your gift into an artful gift bag or box wrapped in paper and tied with Midori organdy ribbon. You will be able to select gift wrapping for your order and enter your gift message within the checkout screens.
At Naturals we take great pride in our ability to assist our clients in finding the perfect outfit or item. If you have a specific style you are in search of, please contact us. Items that you have seen in other stores or styles you love but would prefer in another color can be special ordered. You can expect a response to all requests within 48 hours. Depending on availability, items can be shipped out immediately.
We are happy to order the item(s) direct from the manufacturer. There is an additional $10 charge for this service. Please be advised that this type of special order item is not returnable and takes approximately 2-3 weeks to be shipped out depending on the manufacturer.
