Payment Options
Naturals accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards. We do not accept checks at this time. For credit cards, the total dollar amount of your order is allocated at the time your card is approved, although payment (transfer of funds) does not occur until the order ships. If the amount charged exceeds your credit limit your order will be automatically cancelled and we will contact you. For debit cards, the payment is deducted from your account at the time the card is approved. A receipt is included with each order.
Sales Tax
Naturals is located in Oregon and does not charge sales tax.
Shipping & Handling
All orders over $200 shipping within the 48 contiguous states qualify for Free Ground Shipping.
We ship within 1-2 business days if items are all in stock. All merchandise shipped within the 48 contiguous states will be shipped via UPS Ground (average arrival time is 5-7 business days). Overnight, 2day Air, or 3day Select via UPS available at additional cost. Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (sorry, at this time there is no overnight delivery available to Alaska or Hawaii). International and Canadian deliveries are available and ship via USPS Global Priority International Mail. We ship USPS Priority Mail to Puerto Rico and other US territories.

- We ship via USPS Global Priority International Delivery. Expect arrival within 4-10 business days after your package leaves our warehouse.
- All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. Customs duties and taxes, if imposed on your order, are assessed in the destination country (these charges are not calculated during checkout and are not collected by Naturals). Duties and taxes for items are collected from the recipient. In addition, for most countries, there is an administrative fee that is collected from the recipient to cover the costs of clearing the item through customs and collecting duties and taxes. If you want to learn what the threshold or duties and taxes are for a particular country, you can go to http://www.wcoomd.org/ie/index.html for general information, or consult your local customs office for more details.
- Due to import/export restrictions, we are unable to ship packages to the following countries: Afghanistan, Cuba, Iraq, Kiribati, Libya, North Korea, and Somalia.

Returns & Exchanges
While we hope that you are pleased with your new merchandise, we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. Returned merchandise MUST be in its original condition with tags attached.
Returned merchandise that has been worn, washed, or altered, will NOT be eligible for an exchange or refund.
In order to reimburse your credit card for returned merchandise, the item(s) must be sent back to Naturals no more than 30 days after the date of the original purchase. Please enclose your original packing slip and let us know the reason for the return. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. After your return package is received and processed, a refund will be issued to your credit card for the amount of the merchandise. Refunds may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.
If you would like to exchange an item, please return the item with the original packing slip and make note of the reason for the exchange, and what size, color or item you would prefer instead. If merchandise is unavailable, we will contact you via email. If you do not wish to wait for the merchandise to become available, your credit card will be refunded for the amount of the returned merchandise. All backorders and exchanges are shipped UPS Ground free of charge unless expedited shipping is requested.
International Returns & Exchanges: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns. If you request an exchange, we will pay shipping charges for the item we ship to you. Please be aware that your country may levy import customs and duties on items we ship to you.

Gift Certificates
Naturals gift certificates are available for purchase and redemption online only. Gift certificates will be sent via email, free of charge, to the recipient's email address. You may choose to include a custom message which will be displayed on the gift certificate.
When using a gift certificate as payment, the certificate amount will apply to the full value of your order including any shipping charges. Any remaining balance will be carried over for use toward a future purchase. Gift certificates do not expire. Gift Certificates cannot be resold, transferred for store credit or redeemed for cash, and cannot be used to purchase other Gift Certificates. Naturals may provide gift certificate purchasers with information about the redemption status of certificates. The risk of loss and title for gift certificates passes to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Naturals will have the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift certificate is redeemed through our web site.
Gift Wrap
We offer complimentary gift wrap for any item purchased from Naturals. Our artfully packaged boxes are wrapped in handmade paper, tied with Midori organdy ribbon and also include a gift message. You will be able to select gift wrapping for your order and enter your message within the checkout screens.
Special Orders
At Naturals we take great pride in our ability to assist our clients in finding the perfect outfit or item. Although our online selection is limited, our store carries extensive collections of all the lines featured on our Website. If you have a specific style you are in search of, please contact us. Items that you have seen in other stores or styles you love but would prefer in another color can be special ordered. You can expect a response to all requests within 48 hours. Depending on availability, items can be shipped out immediately.
We are happy to order the item/items direct from the manufacturer. There is an additional $10 charge for this service. Please be advised that this type of special order item is not returnable and takes approximately 2-3 weeks to be shipped out depending on the manufacturer.

Naturals guarantees that every online transaction is 100% safe. If unauthorized charges appear on your credit card as a result of shopping with us while using our secure server, we will reimburse you up to the maximum $50 legal liability. We only require that you follow the reporting steps required by the issuer of your card (under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges).
