All orders over $200 shipping within the 48 contiguous states qualify for Free Flat Rate Shipping.
We ship within 1-2 business days if items are all in stock. All merchandise shipped within the 48 contiguous states will be shipped via Flat Rate (average arrival time is 3-5 business days). Overnight, 2day Air, or 3day Select via UPS available at additional cost. Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (sorry, at this time there is no overnight delivery available to Alaska or Hawaii). International and Canadian deliveries are available and ship via USPS Global Priority Mail International. We ship USPS Priority Mail to Puerto Rico and other US territories.Domestic shipping charges are as follows:

While we hope that you are pleased with your new merchandise, we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. Returned merchandise MUST be in its original condition with tags attached.
Returned merchandise that has been worn, washed, or altered, will NOT be eligible for an exchange or refund.
In order to reimburse your credit card for returned merchandise, the item(s) must be sent back to Naturals no more than 30 days after the date of the original purchase. Please enclose your original packing slip and let us know the reason for the return. The item(s) must be insured for their full value and shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. After your return package is received and processed, a refund will be issued to your credit card for the amount of the merchandise. Refunds may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.
If you would like to exchange an item, please return the item with the original packing slip and make note of the reason for the exchange. Let us know what size, color or item you would prefer instead. If merchandise is unavailable, we will contact you via email. If you do not wish to wait for the merchandise to become available, your credit card will be refunded for the amount of the returned merchandise. All backorders and exchanges are shipped Flat Rate free of charge, unless expedited shipping is requested.
International Returns & Exchanges: If an item needs to be returned, notify us by e-mail at: email@example.com. Please ship your return or exchange via surface or airmail. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns shipped via FedEx or UPS from a non-U.S. address. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns, and items must be covered by insurance when shipped. If you request an exchange, we will pay shipping charges for the item we ship to you. Please be aware that your country may levy import customs and duties on items we ship to you.
