Items can be removed, added or updated from the "Shopping Bag" page. When you have completed your shopping you can proceed to checkout. Q: How do I know what size to order?A: We understand that there are variations in sizes between designers and want to ensure you get the perfect fit. To assist with this goal, we have included specific size charts for each designer's line. When you find an item you like, just click on "sizing" for detailed information on what size to order.
Q: How do I know what the colors will look like?
A: Each of our clothing product pages features a collection of swatches for all colors available. Click on each swatch to view the product in the selected color.
Q: Why can't I see the close-up view or any of the color swatches?
A: Both of these use pop up windows that open to show the information, allowing you to see the product picture and swatches at the same time. If you are clicking and nothing is happening, then you probably have pop-ups blocked on your internet browser. In Internet Explorer check the lower right corner of your screen. If you see a small red circle with a line through it, that is an indication that your internet settings are blocking pop-ups. Clicking on the small circle will bring up a menu of choices, and you can select to "temporarily allow pop-ups" or "always allow pop-ups from this site". Naturals does not feature any pop-up ad advertising on our site, so you can feel comfortable selecting "always allow pop-ups from this site". Doing this will resolve the problem.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Naturals accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards as well as PayPal and Amazon Payments. We do not accept checks at this time.
Q: When will I be charged for my purchase?
A: The total dollar amount of your order is deducted from your account at the time your order is approved during the checkout process. If the amount you are attempting to charge exceeds your credit limit, your credit card will be declined and your order will not be completed until a valid form of payment is accepted. In the event that an item is on backorder, we will contact you via email with details on the arrival of the backordered item and you will then have the choice to wait for the item to arrive or cancel your backorder and receive a full refund for the cancelled item(s). A receipt is included with each order upon shipment.
Q: How much is the shipping charge?
A: Flat Rate Shipping is free for orders over $200.00 shipping to the 48 contiguous states. For orders under $200.00 the charge is $10.00. UPS 2day Air delivery is available for $40.00 and UPS overnight delivery is $60.00. Orders that are shipped to either Alaska or Hawaii must be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping is free for orders over $200.00. For orders under $200.00 the charge is $10.00. Please refer to our Customer Service page for International and Canadian shipping rates.
Q: Do you ship to other countries?
A: We ship to most countries, but due to import/export restrictions, we are unable to ship packages to the following countries: Afghanistan, Cuba, Iraq, Kiribati, Libya, North Korea, and Somalia. For international shipping rates and information, please visit our Customer Service page.
Q: How accurate are the colors displayed on the Internet?
A: We have made every attempt for colors to be as accurate as possible, but please be advised that colors vary from one computer monitor to another.

A: Naturals uses Secure Socket Layering (SSL), the industry standard encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. Q: What if I need to return an item?
A: While we hope that you are pleased with your new merchandise, we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. In order to reimburse your credit card for the returned merchandise, the items must be sent back to Naturals Inc 1654 Williams Hwy. Grants Pass, OR 97527 no more than 30 days after the date of the original purchase. We do not refund original shipping charges. Q: What if I have not received an item I ordered?

Q: Can you gift wrap my order?
A: Complementary gift wrap is available for any item purchased from Naturals. Our artfully packaged boxes which are wrapped in handmade paper, tied with Midori organdy ribbon and also include a gift message. You will be able to select gift wrapping for your order and enter your message within the checkout screens.
